The Organisational Management module (OM) of SAP HR provides for representation of your organisation through use of organisational units, positions and jobs objects. It is fully integrated with employee administration and payroll and time and attendance modules. Data from organisational objects can be inherited by subordinate objects to provide for efficient data entry and maintenance.

Employee Administration

All employee master data and transactional data is stored in a single, central database that is fully integrated with all areas of HR. This ensures information is only recorded once and changes are immediately reflected in all other areas.

Payroll and Time and Attendance

SAP NZ Payroll is fully compliant solution that can be adapted to meet each organisations unique payroll and award calculation requirements.
